Amazon.com Product Description

Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers offer soft, cloth-like comfort and feature stretchy leg gathers and closure tabs. In addition to keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, the absorbent polymer in these diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

All-Natural Natural Comfort for Your Child
Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers are made with your baby and your environment in mind. The chlorine-free materials and absorbent polymers used in the diapers help keep your baby dry in between changes and through the night. In addition to being effective at keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, studies show that the absorbent polymer used in the diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

Hypo-allergenic and offering soft, cloth-like comfort and premium absorbency, these diapers are made of chlorine-free absorbent materials that do not contribute to dioxin pollution. They feature super-stretchy resealable closure tabs and super-stretchy leg gathers that work to provide your baby with a comfortable, safe, close-fitting thin diaper.

Why Does Chlorine-Free Matter?
Your choice of our chlorine free diapers could help reduce cancer rates. Your choice of chlorine-free diapers helps reduce the amount of dioxin polluting our air, water and soil, and helps make the world a safer, healthier place for your family and generations to come.

When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment.

If every household in the U.S. replaced just one 40-count package of conventional diapers with these chlorine-free diapers, we could avoid 133,000 pounds of pollution from entering the environment.

4 out of 5 stars great diapers   June 19, 2010
J. Nissen
These diapers are a bit more expensive than regular diapers but worth it if you don't want your baby's skin to be exposed to chlorine and other chemicals in other brands of diapers. Plus they are much better for the environment. The cheapest place I have found to buy them is at [...] where you can get $10 off your first order by entering code JENI2774. You can also get free shipping on any orders over $49.

5 out of 5 stars Chlorine free right on time   April 1, 2010
Lisa Anderson (Cuneo Italy)
They are what they say they are and were delivered quickly. I sent them as a gift and my friends were happy.

3 out of 5 stars Great idea, but the diapers fell short   March 21, 2010
William M. Wilson (Illinois)
My wife and I were very excited about these diapers for our newborn. We wanted to be as environmentally conscious as possible while keeping things fairly easy.

Anyway, out of the three different diapers we've used, these were sadly our least favorite. They are very small for Size 1's; the straps are remarkably short. They also don't block odors or keep in waste very well. All things considered, we ended up switching to another brand.

It's disappointing; with a few small tweaks, these diapers could be so much better.

2 out of 5 stars Tabs Dig Into Legs   December 29, 2009
Enviromom (San Diego, Ca.)
I so wanted to like this diaper. It had so much going for it on the surface- good for baby (gentle product on skin) good for the environment (chlorine-free). However, the tabs are really quite large and dig into my baby's legs. I've tried other sizes, still no luck. I do hope Seventth Gen. will come up with a better design, as I've seen we aren't the only ones who have experienced this problem. Until then, back to Pampers.

1 out of 5 stars IT LEAKS, wouldn't recommend it   December 11, 2009
Chris Chou
If someone pays me to use it, I wouldn't use it

We've never experienced so many leaks.... We had high expectations, but no matter how tight we wrapped our baby in this diaper, it just didn't work....

The diapers are very THIN, and they feel very mushy after it's been wet.
